Hi,

mein neuer Bluetooth Dongle (Blue Soleil ET 008) mags nicht tun.
Ich stecke ihn ein, boote, und ich bekomme gar nichts. Keine Anzeige über eingestecktes USB oder sonstiges.
System ist Kanotix 2.6.

Fragen hierzu:
1. Brauche ich noch irgendwelche Treiber?
2. Wenn nein, wie wird die ganze Geschichte eingerichtet?

Bei meinem Scanner hatte ich keine Probleme.

Nee, da wird gar nix angezeigt. Lediglich mein Scanner, aber der ist ja auch njicht das Problem.
Ich habe erst mal die bluez-utils (die zwar installiert, aber veraltet waren) aktualisiert.
Dann mal getestet

Heißt nur, da tut sich nix, sonst hätte da was stehen sollen wie "processing events"

Also geschaut was nicht funktioniert, und folgende Fehlermeldung erhalten.

Hatte genau den dbus Fehler, weshalb der hcid sich immer gleich wieder beendete.

Das hat bei mir funktioniert.
Komisch, eigentlich hatte ich gerade alles von sarge auf etch umgestellt, jedoch:

my /var/log/dpkg.log hat folgendes geschrieben::

2006-08-02 03:15:42 status installed bluez-utils 3.1-3
2006-08-04 14:23:11 upgrade bluez-utils 3.1-3 2.25-1 # also ein downgrade
2006-08-04 14:28:06 status installed bluez-utils 2.25-1
